Out of Touch

Each track pulls apart a psychological pattern I've discovered through reflection and therapy and life and love and friends. Most of them are from the perspective of that little voice in my head that doesn't always see things for what they truly are. Each song tries to bottle the pattern, specifically the feelings that go along with it. So listening to this song, helps me validate what I'm feeling and simultaneously distance myself from the voice over and over again.
